If Every Leader In The World Had A Coach,

Success, Profits, and Abundance Would Span The Globe!

Tiger Woods, one of the greatest golfers of all time, is also one of the game's greatest students. Even at the pinnacle of success and achievement, Tiger Woods takes input, feedback, and criticism from his coach. It's quite amazing when you think about it. He takes advice from a coach that he would most likely beat on the course.

Who inspires your brilliance and ultimate success?

More than *60% of corporate executives of Fortune 500 companies, currently work with a professional coach. They hire experts to guide them through every phase of business - ensuring optimal performance and continuous improvement.

Top leaders confide in a coach - an objective partner who provides perspective, crystal clear clarity, and motivates them to work on the game of business.

Coaching Once A "Fringe" Profession
Is Transforming Next Generation Leaders

The coaching profession is on the brink of exploding! Of the **$80 billion currently being spent on corporate education, it is estimated that less than 3% is spent on executive coaching at senior executive levels in Fortune 500 companies. Yet the benefits of hiring a coach are insurmountable. A survey by Manchester Consulting of their Fortune 1000 clients found the return on investment for coaching services over a 6-12 month period:
• Monetary return was 6 times the coaching investment
• 71% improved relationships with their bosses
• 77% reported improved relationships with their direct reports

Methodology: How does Leadership Coaching Work?

It is my goal to establish strategic partnerships with my clients. I recognize that one size does not fit all, therefore I customize my executive coaching programs to fit my client's particular needs and goals. The leadership coaching process includes four phases:

Phase 1: Assessment: During the initial phase, I will be gathering extensive data on your portfolio of skills and strengths while gaining insight into your history to thoroughly assess your current situation. If you have not completed a 360 Degree Feedback Review in the last year, we will be discussing this assessment as a starting point for our work together. This assessment will provide you (and me) with a comprehensive view of your current leadership skills and business perspectives critical for success, as well as, possible career derailers.

Phase 2: Establishing a Plan of Action: The second phase of coaching will focus on setting specific goals and designing an action plan to support you in meeting your business and leadership objectives.

Phase 3: Implementation: During the third phase, I will be using a variety of coaching tools and resources with you so that your action plan is implemented and goals are achieved. During the implementation phase, as your coach, I will be looking for blind spots, derailment factors, breakdown in communication, and multiple aspects of leadership development which can expedite or impede your progress. We will be focusing on the intangible assets of leadership, knowledge, talent development, process, organization, and culture, which are vital to your company's success.

Phase 4: Evaluation: During phase four, together we will be assessing your progress and formulating a system for evaluating what is working/what is not so that your success is constant.

Leadership coaching is offered by telephone and face to face for clients in the Moore County, North Carolina region. Coaching calls are typically held two or four times per month, usually over a period of 6-12 months and is combined with customized training to meet the needs of my clients. Customer service is important to me, and I am easily accessible by phone and e-mail between sessions for my clients. All coaching conversations are kept strictly confidential, I consider my clients my partners, and my sole interest is your success.

Sometimes coaching clients can ask questions faster then we can answer them. Here’s one I had last week – How do I get on a board? What is the best board training? Which board onference should I go to? Well, I found this website Leadership Coaching with 600+ resources for coaches for these types of client questions. There’s also a page with board movies!
